NP Dodge Lincoln has two conveniently located offices at 1101 Cornhusker Hwy in Suite 200 and 7575 South 57th Street in Lincoln. Culture is very important to us here at NP Dodge Lincoln. Our culture is defined by two main tenets.

I was looking for a smaller locally owned broker with a kinder culture and an agent centric philosophy. I wanted to serve my clients and community, not the profitability of management in a faraway city. In the 7+ years that I've been working with our Lincoln office, I have always felt respected, valued, supported, and heard. As a Realtor, I am an independent contractor who is required by state regulation to be affiliated with a licensed broker. This means that I am free to choose with whom I affiliate. In a broker I look for someone who has, among other things, my best interests as an agent in mind, is fair, supports my continuing education, gives wise guidance when needed, and does not put pressure on agents to use certain companies in the real estate industry to help my clients. The brokers at our Lincoln office, Pat Elgert and Lea Barker, meet my requirements and then some. They have vast experience and knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry, which is a huge plus for me and my clients. I have confidence in them and know that they have my back. Our office atmosphere at our Lincoln office reflects the laid back, can do, friendly attitude of Pat and Lea. They are always encouraging and supportive. Our support staff, Emily and Alex are experts in excel, word and office documents, the MLS website and in making sure that our purchase & listing agreements and associated documents are correct. What would take me an hour to create on the computer, they can do in just a few minutes. They do a tremendous work behind the scenes. I love them! One of the many things I love about our agents at our Lincoln office is how community minded we are. We look to help those who are down on their luck and in need throughout the year. I obtained my Real Estate License in September of 2016. I interviewed a handful of brokerages, none of which gave me the warm fuzzies. I talked to one of the brokers at our Lincoln offices several times and then agreed to meet for lunch. I knew it was a match and signed on the following week. I came into the business very green. My only experience was purchasing my own home 23 years ago, so I needed a lot of grooming. (Still do…) The atmosphere at our Lincoln office is much like family. We don’t see each other all the time, but when in need, we are always there to help a fellow agent. I have made some dear friends within this brokerage. Our Lincoln office has agents with over 20 years’ experience, valuable experience, that I have learned from, there are many tricks of the trade and many do’s & don’ts. I have learned communication skills that I did not know I could pull off. I have learned life lessons to use in my business and personal life. I have learned not to take things personal in this business, and I have learned who to trust and who not to. Our Lincoln office has been a great choice for me. The administrative support structure is exactly what I need for the type of agent I choose to be. I like to focus on my client’s needs first and foremost, without having to worry about creating my own marketing, auditing my own paperwork, and keeping up with the latest rules, regulations and technology.
